I never knew this…
I just found out that my mother saw The Monkees in concert in 1967! She said she can’t remember the show that well, except that she screamed/cried through the entire thing and lost her voice! Also, the opening act was the Jimi Hendrix Experience! I can’t believe she never mentioned it before. How crazy is that?
